Terms of Service
Effective date: April 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ConnectPro platform operated by Brandao Engenharia de Software Ltda, CNPJ 49.783.594/0001-43 ("ConnectPro", "we", or "us"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ConnectPro is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables businesses to manage contacts, send messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform under their own WhatsApp Business Accounts, run customer-support workflows, and coordinate marketing campaigns within the limits set by these Terms and by Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the entity you represent. You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Tenants and Roles
ConnectPro accounts are organized into "tenants" (workspaces) with three roles: Super Admin (platform-wide), Admin (within a tenant), and Member. Admins are responsible for the actions of Members within their tenant. Each tenant is responsible for the accuracy of its data, the lawfulness of its messaging, and the conduct of its users.
4. WhatsApp Business Platform — Tenant Responsibilities
ConnectPro is a Meta Tech Provider; you, as the tenant, hold the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and the registered phone number. By connecting a WABA to ConnectPro, you represent and warrant that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta's Platform Terms.
- You hold valid, verifiable, and revocable opt-in for every recipient of marketing messages, in accordance with applicable law (including LGPD, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM where relevant).
- You will honor opt-out requests immediately and will not message a contact who has opted out.
- You will not use the Service to send content prohibited by Meta's policies, including illegal goods or services, regulated pharmaceuticals, weapons, adult content, or unlicensed gambling.
- You are responsible for the quality rating of your WABA. ConnectPro provides tools and dashboards to help you monitor it but does not control how recipients block or report your messages.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit any user to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages outside of opted-in audiences.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service, including bypassing rate limits or tampering with security mechanisms.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our prior written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions, and we may notify Meta and other affected parties as required by law or contract.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
ConnectPro is offered in plan tiers (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Each tier unlocks specific features and quotas. New tenants receive a 14-day trial of paid features unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Past-due accounts may be suspended after notice. We may permanently delete data from long-suspended accounts in accordance with our retention policy.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. WhatsApp message charges from Meta are billed separately by Meta to the tenant's Meta Business Portfolio unless otherwise stated.
7. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to or transmit through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of Customer Data and for obtaining all necessary consents from data subjects before transmitting their data to the Service. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
ConnectPro, the Service, and all associated trademarks, logos, software, and content (excluding Customer Data) are the exclusive property of Brandao Engenharia de Software Ltda and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service during your subscription term, subject to these Terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you (a) materially breach these Terms, (b) engage in conduct that risks the platform's compliance with Meta's policies or applicable law, or (c) fail to pay fees when due after notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will retain Customer Data per our retention policy and applicable law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, message deliverability, or specific outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brandao Engenharia de Software Ltda, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right (including any opt-in or messaging-policy violation under the WhatsApp Business Platform), or (c) Customer Data you submit to the Service.
13. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may modify the Service, these Terms, or our pricing from time to time. Material changes are communicated to account administrators by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The parties elect the forum of the Comarca de Maringá, State of Paraná, as the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service, with express waiver of any other forum however privileged it may be.
